Zinc Bath Tank : L = 3500 X W = 1100 X D = 1500 m.m.
This size is suitable for heavy fabricated items / structures.
Process :
The items before galvanization will be de rested & cleaned by shot blasting process or HCL acid bath cleaning process. Then the items are galvanized in Zinc bath. The temperature maintained at process around 450°c.
